Thoughtful, non-diagnostic bodywork for the horse in front of us. Optimize their body and unlock their potential!
Our mission
Performance begins with feeling good
Our mission is to help shift equine bodywork to a proactive part of wellness and performance care.
Equine Align Method™
Evaluate. Listen. Support.
A measured three-part process grounded in what the horse communicates before, during, and after hands-on work.
- 01
EVALUATE
We begin by looking at the individual horse as a whole, posture, movement, symmetry, muscle tone, behavior and their job! This initial evaluation helps us understand what the horse is communicating and where areas of tension or restriction may be present.
- 02
LISTEN
Every horse responds differently to touch and bodywork. We pay attention to changes in body language, expression, breathing, muscle response, and relaxation throughout the session. Their responses help guide the session.
- 03
SUPPORT
Using appropriate massage and bodywork sequences, we work with the horse's individual needs to support relaxation, mobility, healthy movement, and recovery.
